NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES. VOID IN PLACES WHERE SWEEPSTAKES ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

This sweepstakes is offered by BPM – DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ® and may be promoted by any of BPM – DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES’ ® social media groups and communities, as well as in various creative executions online and in print at any time during the sweepstakes.

Should the promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the websites.

PRIZES:

Each prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above in PRIZES GIVEAWAYS; no other elements or expenses are included in the prize, and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Each winner will need to and are responsible for acquiring their own domain name, arranging web hosting, and paying related fees for the domain name and hosting to the provider they choose.

If required, the BPM – DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ® team will help winners with the service process of acquiring domain names and hosting setup at no cost.

Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution shall be permitted except at the sole discretion of the sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value.

Under no circumstances will more prizes than those set forth in these full official rules be awarded. If a printing, technical, or any other error occurs that results in more potential winners than available prizes, the sponsor may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible potential prize winners to award the indicated number of prizes in dispute.

Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

PARTICIPATING:

Worldwide participation is allowed; however, the participant is fully responsible for checking sweepstakes rules and regulations in his or her country. The sponsor is not responsible; participation is voided and prizes canceled in places where sweepstakes are prohibited.

To participate, and be eligible to win you must be at least 21 years of age and a member of all four (4) of our social media groups at the date of entry to this sweepstakes.

By participating, you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and such an individual must comply with these official rules.

The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

Prospective prize winners may be required to show proof of being authorized account holders.

During the sweepstakes period, visit https://blackpearlmatrix.com/bpm-free-online-drawing-sweepstakes (the “Website”) and follow the instructions provided to submit a completed online entry form to receive one (1) entry.

There is no cost to register or enter.

In order to access the websites and in an effort to optimize the websites’ user experience, ad blocking software on your computer must be disabled.

Mailing an entry, in-person submission, social media message or phone-requested entry are not valid entry methods and will not be honored. Proof of an online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt.

Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or practices, or by any means that subverts the entry process, will be void.

All entries must be submitted 72 hours before the 1st of every month to be eligible. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned.

Only one (1) entry per eligible person and per valid email address is allowed throughout the sweepstakes period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of one (1) will be void. You may only use one (1) email address to enter this sweepstakes.

If multiple entries are received from the same person or email address, only the first entry will be accepted, and additional entries will be disqualified.

The sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
(i) verify any element of any entry, related materials, or entrant’s eligibility;
(ii) to request additional information; and
(iii) to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the sweepstakes, sponsor, or sponsor’s advertisers, clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule.

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to provide any documentation or information deemed necessary by, and in a form acceptable to, the sponsor to satisfy the above requirement if asked by the sponsor to do so.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

ELIGIBILITY:

Employees of Sponsor, BPM – DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ®, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement, or promotion of the sweepstakes and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate family members” shall mean spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses.

“Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

WINNERS SELECTION:

Each participant will receive one (1) six-digit numbers in the format xxx-xxx, where each number is valid to win one (1) of the three (3) prizes.

In the spirit of fairness and to avoid any chance of tempering with this sweepstakes or other kind of unfair play,  prospective first, second, and third BPM sweepstakes winners will be those with matching the respective first, second, and third winning “Boston Lottery” numbers presented at every morning draw happening on the 1st of each month at 7:40 a.m.

If you win, your acceptance of any prize will constitute your consent (and agreement to confirm that consent in writing) to the use of your name, picture or likeness (recorded via any media), and city and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in any and all media now existing or hereafter created, and without limitation, prior approval or further compensation (unless prohibited by law), and to the use of your name and city and state of residence for purposes of providing a list of winners to the public on request and as required by law.

The sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for determining the eligibility of all entries. Mass or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Potential winners will be notified by email only and will be required to complete and return it within seven (7) days.

If :
a) the prize notification is returned as undeliverable,
b) the potential winner cannot be contacted, or
c) the potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prospective winner will be disqualified, and a prize will be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
